Anycubic Wash & Cure 3
The Anycubic Wash&Cure 3.0 UV chamber for polymerization and washing of models is an ergonomic device that expands the possibilities of post-processing of products printed from photopolymer resins. The chamber allows for high-quality cleaning and additional curing of products using ultraviolet light.
In the new 3.0 Anycubic Wash and Cure modification, the volume of the basket for immersing parts in the cleaning solution has doubled at once (compared to the 2.0 model), and is 3 liters. At the same time, the total volume of the container for cleaning has been increased to 4 liters. These dimensions are optimally suited for photopolymer 3D printers with a platform of up to 7.3 inches, which, along with the design of the two-layer basket, helps save alcohol for cleaning.
The manufacturer also replaced the basket material itself: polypropylene was used instead of metal, which eliminates the risk of corrosion
The size of the light coverage zone for curing is 160*180 mm in the new model. Accordingly, it is now possible to process larger and more complex models in one polymerization cycle.
To solve the problem of curing problematic areas of models that are in the shadow, the manufacturer added an innovative illuminator on a flexible base "Gooseneck" to the system. Such a lamp increases the power of a narrowly focused light flux to 30,000 mW per cm² in a zone of 1-3 cm. The ability to direct the UV radiation flow to a hard-to-reach area of the object makes the polymerization process more uniform.
The configuration of the lensed LEDs on the panel of the constant UV source has also undergone changes. Due to this improvement, the uniformity of curing in Wash&Cure 3 has been improved by 20% compared to the previous model.
The model also pays attention to user convenience and aesthetics of forms. Anycubic Wash & Cure 3 is designed in the corporate style: a pearl-white body covered with a yellow transparent cap with smooth curves. The device has a practical design, when a pleasant appearance is combined with ease of use. The cap has an "all-in-one" design, it is convenient to open and close.
The control panel interface ensures efficient and easy operation of the polymerization chamber. Switching between cleaning and curing modes is performed in one movement, as is the control of the lighting functions with the Flexicure Gooseneck lamp. The timer is adjustable in the range from 1 to 30 minutes.
A favorable working environment is achieved, among other things, by reducing the noise level during operation of the device (up to 65 dB). More advanced lid insulation along with software optimization provide acoustic comfort for the user.
