Samson RSX112

The Samson RSX112 12" 2-Way 400W Passive Speaker is a 2-way passive speaker for sound professionals, performers, concert musicians, houses of worship and performance venues of various sizes. The RSX112 can be used for both road and installation applications.
Operating at 400 watts AES and 1,600 watts peak into 8 ohms, it is suitable for small to medium sized PA systems. It features a 12-inch Celestion low-frequency driver with a 2.5-inch voice coil for an extended low-frequency response of 50Hz-19kHz. The speaker's detailed high-frequency reproduction is created by Celestion's 1.75-inch PETP compression driver mounted in a 60° x 90° horn with a 1-inch output.

The RSX112 has dual Speakon and 1⁄4-inch telephone speaker inputs wired in parallel. This allows you to expand your PA system by connecting an extension speaker directly to the RSX112. The RSX112's body is constructed from sturdy 9-ply plywood and finished with a durable black, textured paint finish. Its black powder-coated, perforated steel grille provides maximum protection against wear. The speaker's rugged, road-worthy design also features a 1-3/8-inch pole-mounted case and an integrated carrying handle, making the cabinet easy to transport. The RSX112 can also be used as a wedge monitor. For situations that require a permanent speaker installation, the RSX112 is equipped with twelve M10 (10 mm) mounting points.
